Had huge room, superb breakfasts, you guys rock!

Liked our stay here. Attractive place, it was fairly clean and had polite staff in front of receptionist for 40mins. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and an exceptionally good view. The location was marvellous and strategic - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. This hotel was in a fairly nice area. Great restaurant provided European dishes.

The restaurant here was great for dinner with possibility of buffet or menu, we both ordered healthy dishes. The location was favourable, at a moderate distance from Jakarta International Expo.

It needed dishes.

The room is big with a coffee, air conditioner plus balcony.

Greatly enjoyed my room, it was updated and huge with balcony. The staff were absolutely perfect and courteous all the time. The service was all in all helpful.

Greatly enjoyed this hip new hotel: great food and accommodating and exceptional stuff. The room was beautifully designed with a view of a carpark, a coffee plus grand mercure kemayoran services, booked it for IDR -2147483648.

The rooms were clean with complimentary Wi-Fi and good Internet. Great and strategic location, the breakfast was fantastic with excellent Indonesia food, natural healthy drinks plus really good coffee.

Updated, huge rooms provided with air conditioner as well as nice breakfast. Excellent setting, really close to Real close to the expo center and the restaurant and the centre. Also, in the end everything worked out-many thanks.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the vibrant Kemayoran area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great beds that ensure a good night's sleep. Some rooms even have balconies, offering nice views of the surroundings. Despite being a 3-star hotel, the attention to detail and basic amenities provided are top-notch, making it great value for money.

For a night to go on very well.

Above all, the proximity to the trade fair was very positive, the rooms spacious, breakfast in order. The outdoor area with pool and spa area is very nice.

Unorganised or partially overburdened personnel. À la carte dinner in the evening over an hour waiting. Defective telephone in the room: a four times visit from a "technician" necessary. Too bad, because the hotel is really good.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Rooms

During my recent stay at the Grand Mercure, I was thrilled with the hotel's prime location in the heart of Jakarta. Being centrally located made it easy for me to explore the city's attractions and enjoy local cuisine. Moreover, the rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing.
